I think you'll really enjoy the savage, and this Site will prove to be incredibly helpful in keeping your bike running well. Since the tires were cracked, you may want to check other rubber components, such as the fuel line, drive belt, etc for similar wear. This shouldn't cause you too much concern, but you may want to plan on replacing deteriorating parts soon after getting the bike. If everything made out of rubber is cracking, it may be a signal that the bike was kept one too many days out in the elements. Again, not neccessarily a reason to forgo purchasing the bike, but certainly a reason to do some downward "haggleing" on the sale price.
